Other times to consider

A few worlds to bring together

Start with a popular city pair. Make it yours.

LESS COORDINATING. MORE CONNECTING.

From “when are you free?” to “see you then.”

01

Bring your people

Add cities and set the hours that actually work for each person. Early bird or night owl — you decide.

02

Find the sweet spot

See everyone’s local time at once. We highlight shared working hours and make compromises visible.

03

Make it happen

Share the plan, copy the local times, or download an event for your calendar. All without signing up.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few things, before we meet.

Does it adjust for daylight saving time?

Yes. We use your device’s IANA time zone data for the selected date. Each city follows its own daylight saving rules, including dates when countries change clocks on different days.

What if no time works for everyone?

We show the lowest-conflict options for that day and clearly mark anyone outside their working hours. Suggestions are based only on the hours you enter; they do not check real calendars.

Where are my plans stored?

Saved plans stay in this browser on this device. Share links contain the selected cities, working hours, date, duration, and time. Anyone with a link can read those details. No calendar account is connected.

Do you send invitations?

No. Download an .ics event for your calendar, or open Google Calendar with the event details filled in. You review and save the event yourself; add attendees in your calendar if you want to send invitations.
